We will welcome you as a Guest in our private home. You will not find a 24-hour front desk, so it may happen that, upon your arrival, you will find no one there. We kindly ask you to communicate your arrival time in advance on 051 1990 1492, which is always manned with call transfer.
Cancellation of areservation
If the Guest cancels the reservation:
If the B&B is forced to cancel the reservation (for example due to a fault that does not allow the use of the room or bathroom, and it is not possible to move the customer to another room), the customer will receive the full amount paid, and the B&B will cover the bank charges. In this case, no refund or additional compensation will be recognized to the Guest.

Entrance to the city center by car
The center of Bologna is closed to traffic for non-residents. Guests need a permit, issued by the Municipality of Bologna, costing €6. To obtain it, you have to send us your license plate and arrival date at least 2 working days in advance.
Parking options:
Street parking permit at a cost of 9 €/day (parking not always available).
Indoor parking at our facility at a cost of 20 €/day.
If the indoor parking lot is already occupied, we will accompany you to the garage.
Alternatively, you can park in the APCOA Parking lot in August VIII Square at a cost of 22 €/day, no permit required. View map
Note: The Residence assumes no responsibility for damage or theft to items left in parked cars.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check-in: available from 2:00 pm, by 8:00 pm. We ask that you communicate your arrival time to avoid long waits.
Check-out: by 10:00 am the following day. If there are no new arrivals, you can postpone check-out until 12:00 noon.
Registration and Documents
At check-in, guests must present a valid ID (except for children under 14 years old).
Data Processing
The data provided will be processed in accordance with current regulations and used exclusively for purposes related to the activity of the facility. They will not be disclosed to third parties.
Presence of Third Parties
It is not allowed to introduce unregistered persons into the B&B without the consent of the owner.
Animals
Animals are not allowed.
Breakfast Times
Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., as agreed upon the previous day. Any requests for different times must be made in advance. It is forbidden to eat meals outside of the agreed time and in the bedrooms.
Prohibitions
Smoking : prohibited inside the facility, but allowed on the terraces.
Temperature : Italian laws are very restrictive regarding the temperature in the environments in which you stay. In winter the temperature cannot exceed 20 C°, in summer it cannot be lower than 25 C°.
Entering the kitchen: prohibited.
Diapers and obstructing objects: forbidden to flush them down the toilet. In case of obstruction, will be charged for self-purge service.
Obligations of Guests
Silence: ensure silence from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Behavior: respect the quiet of other guests at all times.
Turn off lights and equipment when leaving the facility.
Recommendations
Personal belongings: you are advised to watch over your belongings, as the Residence is not responsible for their safekeeping.
Security: always double-lock your door and guard your keys.
Loss of keys: loss of keys will result in a charge to replace the lock and keys.
