The B&B

Our Bed & Breakfast is located on the second floor of a historic 15th-century palazzo (currently without a lift).

The staircase is wide, not steep and fitted with non-slip surfaces. We are always happy to help our guests with their luggage.

As you make your way upstairs, you will notice the beautiful wooden staircase leading from the first to the second floor. At the top of the staircase, in front of the B&B entrance, you can admire two fine decorative reliefs.

The living room, with its Renaissance-style coffered ceiling, is where breakfast is served.

It is furnished with antique pieces, including a modern piano, which guests are welcome to play at suitable times so as not to disturb other guests, and a 19th-century fortepiano which, unfortunately, can no longer be played due to its age.

In the hall and corridor, you will also find two large painted benches dating back to the 17th century.

Available to our guests, the terrace on the B&B floor offers a beautiful view and is furnished so that breakfast can be served outdoors when weather conditions permit.

Located on the upper floor, this terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase.

We believe that the view from this terrace is one of the most beautiful in Bologna (with the exception of the Asinelli Tower, of course). From here you can enjoy a truly unique 360-degree panorama of the city.

The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a parasol, allowing you to relax in the sun or shade while enjoying the view.
